Yes, you will have to create an account using your email ID to access GW Prime website by opting a subscription plan.

The trial period is for 7 days from the date of registration. You may cancel your subscription at no cost within 7 days of trial period.

All the subscriptions will be renewed automatically. You will be notified by email a day before renewal date. You can cancel the subscription at any time before the renewal date from “My Profile” page.

You will receive 6 editions of Geospatial World bi-monthly magazine with GW Prime Annual Digital + Print Magazine Subscription Plan

You may opt for “GW Prime Annual Digital + Print Magazine Subscription Plan” to get the print magazine along with the online access. To know more about the plans, click here.

You can make payment by using any credit or debit card after filling the mandatory fields on subscription page.

We use stripe payment gateway. Stripe is certified to PCI service provider Level 1. For more details click here

Subscription to GW Prime is exclusive for the registered individual. One subscription can only be used upto 4 devices (laptop/desktop/tablet/mobile) at any given time.

If you have completed your subscription and are unable to access GW Prime website, please check the verification email sent to your registered email id. Please make sure check your junk/spam or clutter folder if the email has not landed in inbox. Once you found the email:

  • You need to click the “Verify Email” button on that email
  • This will take you to activation webpage
  • You need to click on activation button on that webpage to activate your account

If you are still facing some issues, please write to us at support_gwprime@geospatialworld.net  with the following details:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email ID used for subscription
  • Date of subscription
  • Country

You may cancel the subscription by going to “My Profile”.  Cancellations will be done immediately however will take effect at the end of your billing cycle. You can enjoy the content available on GW Prime website until the end of your billing cycle. No partial refunds can be given for unused time in the billing cycle.

You may update your Credit/Debit card details from the “My Profile” page.

You may click on lost password button on log in page. This will ask for your registered email id and will send a reset password link to your email id.

You may update your password from the “My Profile” page.

No. GW Prime digital access need to be subscribed separately. You may opt for a digital plan only, until your magazine plan ends. Once that plan is over, you may subscribe for GW Prime Annual Digital + Print Magazine Subscription annual plan.
